Skills and Small Business Training in all seedlings connected to permaculture and the Eco Learning Park. All seedlings and cuttings are first cultivated here for the all the other Organic Agriculture Stations which includes; Organic Vegetables, Herbs and Spices, Natural Medicine Plants, Fruit and Nut Trees and Tropical Woods.





Organic Farming Station
Skills and small Business training in organic Farming. High yield fresh vegetables and herbs can be grown and delivered to local Restaurant or Hotels. Chemical free farming for personal or commercial use is explained and demonstrated first-hand in conditions which replicate Bali’s southern land and weather conditions. A variety of vegetables, herbs, spices, fruits and nuts are grown.

Jamu Station
Skills and Small Business training in the preparation of health drinks. Using organic vegetables, herbs, spices, fruits, nuts and trees. Jamu is a traditional Javanese medicinal drink that originated in Central Java. It is very popular around the archipelago and many health products are derived from recipes that have been used for centuries. Its popularity is also growing worldwide with many companies using traditional mixtures to appeal to contemporary clientele seeking more natural life-prolonging prevention alternatives and medicinal remedies.



Reforestation Station
Training for jobs in the Carbon Offset Industry. Skills in growing seedlings, planting in hostile conditions and providing adequate moisture for growth. This station has living examples of hardwood trees that are being logged in the rainforests of Indonesia. Students will learn more than just how to plant seedlings, instructions will be given on how to prepare the ground and how to care for the plants so that there is a high success rate during the first five years. Seedlings will also be sold at nominal prices.




Natural Medicine, Creams and Lotions Station
Job Skills and Small Business training in growing plants for natural medicinal use. Many plants can be used as natural medicines, and there is a growing commercial market for plants which can easily be raised in Bali. It will be fully explained which plants are useful for physical and mental improvement, and how they can be successfully grown.






Organic Fiber, Recycled Fabric & Natural Dyes Station
Job Skills in growing Organic Fiber for Thread, Recycling Fabric for Thread, Weaving Fabric, Organic Dying, Embroidery and Sewing. Interest in textiles created from natural dyes has become more wide spread for environmental reasons as natural fabrics are non-toxic and biodegradable. A range of colors can be produced from plants and trees that grow with minimum irrigation, including cashew, jack fruit, arnatto, sappan, chili, coconut, tumeric and indigo.




Heliculture/Snail Farming Station
Small Business teaching and development in Snail Farming. Snails are considered a delicacy by certain markets, particularly the French which prepare land snails as escargot. They are also popular amongst Indonesians. Although this commodity has a high value, the start-up and operational costs are negligible with easily accessible distribution points in the growing number of restaurants catering to locals and foreigners.

Free Range Organic Cows Station
Small Business training and development in Free Range Organic Cows. Local farmers will be able to get a high price for free range, organic beef at the table. ROLE will teach farmers how to massage the cows and give the cows Jamu and fresh organic foods, for high quality "happy" cows.

Free Range Ducks Station
Small Business training and development in free range duck eggs. Duck manure for compost for worn farming.
