Fourteen under-privileged Indonesian women are close to completing three months on –the- job training at AYANA Resort and Spa Bali as part of the second annual ROLE MODELS program in partnership with ROLE Foundation. Participants choose to study in Culinary; Food and Beverage; or Spa therapy, gaining focused skills and a unique pathway to employment opportunities.
Trainees will showcase their skills as hosts of the ROLE Models’ Charity Dinner at Dava, where they will serve guests a menu prepared by Chef Jusman So, working with the trainee cooks. All proceeds will go towards ROLE Foundation’s vocational training programs at the Bali WISE Campus in Nusa Dua.
