Interning with ROLE
ROLE is seeking qualified applicants to intern full time at the foundation. Interns must commit to 35 hours/week for a minimum of four weeks. In exchange for their commitment, ROLE will provide interns with basic accommodation as well as one meal per work day. ROLE also rents each intern a motorbike so one can easily get to theEco-LearningCenter, around Nusa Dua etc. ROLE is currently accepting applications for education, media, business, as well as environmental project interns. I would like to fit in some travel during my internship. Will that be possible?
ROLE expects their interns to work 35 hours per week. Based on our needs, we can work together on a schedule that will allow you to see Bali.
I will be flying into Bali, can I be picked up at the airport?
We are a small staff, but if your flight does not arrive in the middle of the night or we are not busy with an event – we would be delighted to greet you.
What about visas? How can I obtain a visa to volunteer in Bali?
ROLE Foundation will provide you with the paper work to file for a Social visa. You must bring this paperwork, flight itinerary and passport to your local Indonesian consulate and complete the process on your own. This visa is valid for six months total and will need to be extended every 2 months within this period. ROLE will take care of this for you.
Where is ROLE Foundation located?
Our office is located on Jalan Siligita near central Nusa Dua which is about 25 minutes from the international airport. Our Eco -LearningCenteris located in a village 10 minutes outside Nusa Dua. Nusa Dua is located inSouthern Baliapproximately 10 minutes from Jimbaran, and about 50 minutes from Denpasar.
