The Siligita Town Learning Center gives ROLE the ability to run a night school and enabling ROLE to reach a wider sector of local women in need of free education. Many women are unable to leave their unskilled and underpaid jobs during the day. ROLE offers free night time job skills education as well as Indonesian and English literacy classes to these women, so that they may have the opportunity to increase their employment value thereby increasing their independence and quality of life.

In addition to night time literacy and job skills education, in the day time this facility provides our students with live work experience. By working at the Town Center, vocation students receive monthly allowances in addition to valuable experience in areas such as cooking, restaurant waiting, retail management, sales, and customer service.
